We process this data for the performance of an agreement and to comply with legal obligations, such as:

  • Contacting you about our services
  • Scheduling or changing appointments
  • Delivering coaching, advisory or educational services
  • Invoicing and administration
  • Complying with statutory obligations, such as tax legislation

What data do we store via the website? - Cookies

Our website uses only technical and functional cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the site. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies for marketing purposes.


How long do we retain your data?

 

We are legally required to retain your data for seven years. After this period, your data will be securely deleted, unless you have given written consent for it to be retained for a longer period.


With whom do we share your data? - Processors

 

We handle your data with care and share it with third parties only when necessary, for example:

  • An accountant or administrative software for invoicing
  • Website hosting via Hosting.nl

 

If we use specific customer management software in the future, we will ensure that it complies with the GDPR and that appropriate data processing agreements are in place.

 

Your data is not shared with countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), with the exception of Switzerland (a member of EFTA).
